Compost corner begins

Compost corner started today. 

The original intention was to site the compost bin in the corner against the wall, but as with any of the discoveries we are making, nothing is simple here.

A ridge of raised concrete runs parallel to the back garden wall, you can just see it as a black line here - that's the weed suppressant sitting on the concrete ridge. 

We think it runs the full length and is the wall foundations. Oh, and there's a whole load more gravel along the run too.

Hence the compost bin was a little further away from the back wall!
