A quick whizz, and then it rained
I managed a couple of hours this morning to focus on the right hand steps and limestone edges, just before huge raindrops began to fall.
The limestone pieces are really heavy to lift into place, but I do think they look better now. The steps have wider space to them, which should make them safer for using.
To right, by the raspberry canes support post you can see the lovely big slate pieces we found in the garden, resting on (yet more) gravel. They'll be set onto a solid base in some way to lead of the crazy paved circle up on to the top path.
View from near the raspberry canes.
