All change underfoot

Oh my, this is really exciting now. The whole space is quickly taking on a dramatic change as the flooring starts to go down 

Richard arrived this afternoon and worked until late to get the tricky bits of laminate floor in the hall down as they determine how the bedroom goes down too. 

What a fabulous difference already. He'll get the bedroom and hall finished tomorrow, and hopefully the porch too. Then it's the bathroom, maybe Wednesday evening. 

The lounge carpet will be fitted in a couple of weeks when the skirting boards are down. I've bought the gripper rods and underlay today so it's all ready to go.
