Dark(er) matter

The new coir door mat arrived yesterday so we quickly slotted it in to the porch where it's going to be laid. It'll be shortened at the ridge point and the rest of the floor area will be laid with wood effect pale grey laminate. 

The colour is slightly darker than I expected but I think it looks great and (currently) matches the wooden door frame that will become white very soon.
