Drip drip drip

When the loo has been disconnected we realised the tap on the water inlet was letting a little bit of water through so we put the blue bucket under to catch the drips.

Of course, quite a while after the bucket would fill - and we missed that important point, didn't keep an eye on it and now the new laminate floor has a pool of water.

Quickly mopped and now the dehumidifier is on. Let's hope it dries out soon.

It will also help to dry out the window sill and side where we still have water getting in from outside. The damp meter is still showing very high water content. 

We've ordered some waterproof paint to add on to the outside. It's the render that has failed and will be replaced next year so it's a stop gap solution. Let's hope it works!
