Final Finished Fence

We're all fenced in (or, they're all fenced out). Not sure which way to look at it but it's done and it's fabulous.

Yesterday team Andrew and Liam worked hard in the morning, until Liam hurt his shoulder and rib and was quickly replaced with Paul - a local tradesman and ex psychiatric nurse from Liverpool - what a comedy duo they were together. I plied them with tea and they just chatted and laughed whilst they got on with the job. 

They worked hard to get it done, and even took down the right hand panels when I asked them to cover the visible bottom rail. 

The fence does look quite high, but when you see how Pip is visible from the other side you an appreciate how much higher the garden to the side of us is.

We are exploring the idea of having trellis fitted to the top as an extra bit of screening.
