No way through

In prep for the new patio, steps and planters I helped Wochiech yesterday move slabs around from the original low wall that's coming down on the kitchen side of the conservatory. Everywhere now there are piles of soil, stones, rubble alongside dumpy bags of sand, gravel and more soil. 

It's good to test ideas though and here we've blocked up the steps nearest the pond.

I don't think will miss them, but the next few days will confirm this.
