Growing greener
Our food growing is coming on really well. Pip's potatoes in the green bags on the raised wall are doing really well.
We've got peas, beans (loved by the slugs), garlic, leeks, spinach, sorrel, rocket, beetroot. We had (but they've been favoured by the slugs) cauliflower and kale. We also have sweetcorn growing in the American Indian three sisters method of corn, beans and squash.
In the greenhouse there's more peas (some for a community sale this weekend), beans, courgettes, salad greens and some massive squash plants that I'm really not sure where I'll put them in the garden, one is a blue variety called blue banana!
